Planting People: Holistic Agro-Based Livelihoods

In this course, participants will learn how to a) plant their own gardens; b) grow staple food crops; c) prepare foods for home use or market as fresh or processed products.

Classes are on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon between September 28 and December 14, 2024.
